Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS and/or Email.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions and other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on prepaid orders.

  • COD charges may apply to Cash on Delivery orders and will be shown at checkout, where applicable.
