Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product is unused, unworn and unwashed

• The product is in its original condition

• All original tags, labels and seals are intact

• The product is returned in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase/order details are available

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product-quality reasons, returns will not be accepted if:

• The co-ord set has been worn, washed or used

• Tags or labels have been removed or damaged

• The product has stains, makeup marks, perfume/deodorant marks or other signs of use

• The product has been altered, tailored or modified

• The product is returned without its original packaging

Note:  Return unless they are received damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Share your order number

• Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

• Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund, where applicable

Refunds

Once your return is received and passes our quality check:

• Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

• The refund will be credited to your original payment method

• Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider
